Disclosure on the Handling of Personal Information In Accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 The company SELVA AG / S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Selva”) with registered headquarters at via Luigi Negrelli 4, I-39100 Bolzano Italy, in the person of its legal representative, hereby informs you in accordance with Art. 13 of the Italian Code for the Protection of Personal Information, Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”), that the filling out of the form in question on your part entails with it the recording and processing of your personal information on the part of both companies. In particular: PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING – Your personal information that you provide will be stored by Selva in its database and processed, in order to process your request for the purpose of: - the sending of our newsletter, as well as other information and advertising materials electronically. - making contact with regard to your concretely provided notice in the “Contact” registration form. In the event that you consent to the aforementioned processing of your information, then we will inform you that you may refuse this processing at any time and may do so in a simple form free of charge by informing Selva of this fact in writing (see below under the point “Rights of Affected Parties”). PROCESSING METHODS – The information is processed by persons who are specially entrusted to do so and by data processing managers (who have been formally designated as such) who use tools and aids such as recordings or magnetic, computer-controlled, and telematic aids with which security and confidentiality can be guaranteed. The processing of the information may consequently also take place with automated means for the storage, administration, and telematic transfer of such information. The databases are located in protected environments. Access to them is strictly monitored in accordance with the provisions of the Code. TYPE OF PROVISION OF INFORMATION – The provision of your personal information and the consent for it to be processed is voluntary. However, Selva will not be able to comply with your inquiry in the event that you do not fill in the sections of the form that is provided with your information and consent to its processing exclusively for the stated purposes. The refusal to receive the newsletter in no way affects the possibility to make contact. TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE PROCESSED INFORMATION – Subject to forwarding and or making public which may take place as a result of legal requirements, your information may be forwarded within Italy and abroad to those subjects which exercise instrumental functions or functions with a close association with the activities of Selva.
